Enter your name, institution and logo. Add informations as your contact details, the report date, location and client name.

Tap "+ Add new damage" to document the damages

Select a material or art technique

Select a material in the preconceived list.

Selection of a damage type

Choose a damage type in the preconceived lists. These lists have been established in 9 languages by professionals.

Mappings

Annotate damages on pictures with the 5 drawing tools (3 for basic version). Then, press “Next” to go to the next picture.

Comments and close-ups

Tap an annotation to bring up the camera. Take your detail photo and add a caption. Once your alterations are located, click OK then enter your comments for each type of alteration in the free text area (diagnosis, description, etc.).

Final Observations

Select a general condition from the drop-down menu (optional). Enter the conclusions of your report in General Comments. Under Conservation-restoration treatment, select one of the following 3 categories: None, Recommended, or Urgent. By choosing Recommended or Urgent, the Recommended treatments field will appear. Then fill in: Packing recommendations Other recommendations.

Signature, proofreading and validation

Sign directly on the screen! The report can also be signed by a second person. Then make a choice: “Finalize Later” to return to the home page: the report is saved and can be edited later “Preview Report” enable you to view the document, check information and layout “Validate and send report” enable you to send the report
