The Horus condition report application allows conservators to complete the condition reports with the treatments carried out to make treatment reports.

The interventions can be entered in the “Treatments done” field. You can also add photos during and after treatments in two formats with the “Add treatments” button.

When the “Treatments done” field is filled in, the document is called by default “Treatment report” rather than “Condition report”. You can change the title of the document in the “Document title” field.
