Our Story
Built by art conservators, for art professionals
Horus was born from a shared ambition: to solve a long-standing frustration within the art world—the difficulty of producing consistent, high-quality condition reports efficiently. Between fragile handwritten notes and the lack of international standards, we saw an urgent need for a smarter, more connected approach to conservation.
Mission
Preserving art through better documentation
Heritage professionals deserve tools that match the precision and care they bring to their work. Horus transforms the condition reporting process : making it faster, more accurate, legally reliable, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
We believe that better documentation means better preservation. Every report created with Horus is a small contribution to safeguarding cultural heritage for future generations.
Values
What we stand for
01
Precision
Every pixel of the interface is designed to help you document with maximum accuracy. We believe that rigorous tools enable rigorous work.
02
Sensitivity
We are art lovers ourselves. Horus is built with deep respect for the objects it helps document — and for the professionals who dedicate their lives to preserving them.
03
Accessibility
Professional-grade condition reporting should be available to every heritage professional, not just large institutions. Our pricing reflects this belief.
04
Privacy
Your reports are yours. We have designed Horus to function offline by default, with zero data collection outside of what you explicitly choose to share.
